Clay collar for monitoring well

Groundwater monitoring is all about reliability and an environmentally friendly finish. That is why we are proud of our latest solution: the clay collar for HDPE monitoring wells.
A clay collar, or clay rod, is used to seal boreholes in the ground. This seal prevents different soil layers from coming into contact with each other and ensures an environmentally friendly sealing of the soil.

Traditionally, the (swelling) clay is only applied around the monitoring well during installation. This requires an extra step in the field.
Our solution is therefore simple and practical: the clay collar is pre-placed around the monitoring well. As a result, the seal is immediately present in the correct position. This saves time during installation, reduces the chance of errors, and makes work in the field much easier.
