Several VRM employees recently completed a series of internships as part of their introduction. Valued customers of VRM materials were pleased to cooperate in this initiative.
Our new staff members were given a glimpse into the worlds of the environment, infrastructure, well drilling, dewatering, and more. New doors opened for them: by being immersed in these fields, they discovered a wealth of new information. Work planning, soil composition, purity in environmental research projects, material applications, the use of heavy equipment, and the characteristic hands-on mentality. With a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude and feet in the mud. The dynamics of our industry have become very clear to them. On-the-job training truly works.
