To be supplied: PVC-U monitoring well, diameter 32, 40, or 50 mm, to be determined project-specifically, consisting of a blind PVC-U riser pipe and a slotted PVC-U filter pipe, in accordance with BRL K561 or equivalent. The monitoring well is suitable for application in groundwater level measurement, groundwater quality sampling, environmental soil research, and construction pit monitoring. The pipe sections are equipped with a socket-spigot connection without thread and must be connected without glue. The filter pipe is provided with evenly spaced slots with a slot width of 0.3 mm. The length of the blind riser pipe and the length of the filter section are determined project-specifically. The filter pipe is fitted at the bottom with a matching PVC-U bottom plug/end cap. The top is fitted with a matching PVC-U end set/end cap, adjusted to the applied diameter. All components are made of PVC-U. The monitoring well must be delivered clean, dry, and properly packaged. The materials used must be suitable for environmental groundwater sampling and must not adversely affect the composition of the groundwater to be sampled.
To be supplied: HDPE monitoring well, diameter 32, 40, 50, or 63 mm, to be determined project-specifically, consisting of a blind HDPE riser pipe and/or a slotted HDPE filter pipe, in accordance with Kiwa K561 or equivalent. The monitoring well is suitable for long-term groundwater monitoring, groundwater quality sampling, environmental soil research, construction pit monitoring, and PFAS-related research projects. The filter pipe is provided with evenly spaced slots with a slot width of 0.3 mm. The pipe sections are equipped with a Type III BI/BU connection with internal and external threads. The total pipe length and the length of the slotted filter section are determined project-specifically, with standard versions in lengths of 1, 2, and 5 m and slotted lengths of 1 and 2 m. All components are made of HDPE. When used in PFAS research, processing and sampling must take place in accordance with the project-specific PFAS sampling protocol.
To be supplied: digital water level monitoring unit, type LevelLog or equivalent, suitable for use in monitoring wells for the purpose of automatically recording groundwater levels and fluctuations in underground water systems. The measuring unit must operate on the basis of ultrasonic measurement, whereby the water level is measured contactlessly without direct contact between the sensor and the medium. In addition to the water level, the measuring unit must also be able to register and digitally transmit temperature, power supply/battery status, and tilt of the monitoring well. The system must provide tilt detection with an alarm in case of a deviating position. Communication protocol, measurement interval, battery life, accuracy, measurement range, and alarm threshold values are determined project-specifically.
To be supplied: biological monitoring well / BioBuis, diameter 33 mm, consisting of a BioBased blind riser pipe and a BioBased slotted filter pipe, in accordance with BRL K567 or equivalent. The monitoring well is suitable for short-term environmental groundwater research and groundwater quality sampling. The filter pipe has a wall thickness of 2.5 mm, a length of 1 m, and is provided with evenly spaced slots with a slot width of 0.4 mm. The blind riser pipe has a wall thickness of 2.5 mm and a length of 2 m. The pipe sections are designed with a spigot-spigot connection and must be coupled together using a matching BioBased compression coupling. All components are made of BioBased material. Sampling must take place within 3 months after installation.
